  Can’t rate their work, but their service is lacking. Came in for an installation quote for some headrest monitors and the lady seamed annoyed, didn’t ask me any questions about my car or the monitors, and just spit out a number of $1000 a piece, not including installation. Installation was quoted at about another $400. I told her the I know the monitors are only $1500 and I know there isn’t much to the install as they are already built in and just swap out with existing headrests. Just wiring is what I didn’t want to do myself. She said okay, you buy them, and we’ll install them for about $350. I got the monitors plus installation elsewhere for only about $1500 total. Turns out the MFR price included an installation voucher, per what the other installer researched and quoted me, plus did a really nice job. Do your research and shop around before taking your car here. They might do excellent work, I don’t know, but I think they take advantage of folks that don’t know what a job entails or really costs.

  Do you like going to a shop who knows their stuff? Well this is the place for you! Roxanne and the counter girl (Missy) are full of knowledge about everything. I walked in with a B.S. in sound and came out with a Master's degree in acoustic engineering. The install was quick and painless, the installer Dayvon did a clean job. Will definitely bring my all my business here going forward.

  Went in thinking I knew what I needed, but I left with more knowledge any a cleaner sounding system. Honest, Straight forward group. Fantastic quality!
