  After meeting Jill and starting the process, we felt very comfortable with our choice to once again use Kitchen and Bath Center and move forward with our kitchen and bathroom condo remodel. A few days of planning, and scheduling, and it all went off without a hitch. We are so grateful to Jill for overseeing the project while we were in Minnesota. Emails, texts and pictures helped us know that everything was being done according to plan. Kitchen and Bath Center has a great group of people working with them, and the communication has been second to none. We felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy the remodel in December for a long weekend just after completion. We have done several remodeling projects in our home and a couple in Florida. We are pleased with the results in all cases, and the credit goes to the fine people we have had the pleasure of hiring for each one. It's the company that stands behind what they do that ultimately brings the final product. We thank you for this, and hope you are comfortable with us passing on the company name and it's people when asked for recommendations for remodels.

  We had a kitchen and bath remodel. I am only giving this a 2 star rating because of our designer/project manager. She was poor at best. We did most of the project managing ourselves. The project was completed 3 months past the original completion date. We ordered kitchen cabinets that were to go to the ceiling. After they were installed, we noticed they did not go to the ceiling. Our so called project manager took it upon herself to order the shorter ones without consulting us. We realize it would cost more but we were never asked about it. Most of the time she never really knew what was going on. she never came out or called us to check on the progress of the work. Finally, I had to get someone else who knew what they were doing to help us out. I must say that the quality and the various workers they have were outstanding. They all were extremely helpful and polite and could not do enough for us. They also made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction before I made final payment. It would have been nice if someone in management would have offered some sort of apology for us not getting the cabinets we ordered.
