  I've been to this shop twice. The people are ok, they never have what I need though. I like to vape menthol and the one the guy gave me tasted like absolutely nothing at all. Then he gave me a candy cane was and I decided to get that, but when I went to purchase it I found out it only goes to 6 mg of nicotine. He didn't tell me that when I was looking at different fluids. I was in a hurry so I bought it and it was the only vape store near where I was. I probably won't buy fluid there again. I have heard back from the owner and he offered to make things right which I appreciate. The people are nice and obviously commuted to customer service and satisfaction.

  I have been coming to this vapor shop since I moved to Fort Walton Beach two years ago. Before I moved to Fort Walton I always hopped back and forth between flavors until I couldn't taste the flavor anymore. I have been on their house flavor for 2 years now (its called "Refresh"). Every time I try something a little different, I always go back to "Refresh" before I get close to finishing my last bottle. I am always looking for ways to better my vape and Rob has always gone above and beyond the best customer service. He calls me by my first name when I walk in the door every time, always letting me know what new flavors are in, and he always cares about the quality of his products. If you were to leave or if I were to move, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I might just have to quit vaping all together if that happened. Thank you!!
