  It's either the workers don't know exactly what they're talking about or they lie to you about the plan you sign up for. My phone bill was too expensive for one phone only after being told it was going to be lower than that and the worst part about the expenses is the absolutely terrible signal you get here in the area. Why pay $150 for one phone to not even get signal? Then, anytime I called the customer line for help, they'd tell me to go in-store for my questions only so that I'd wait 45 minutes before being lied to or getting unhelpful service. It feels like they're always understaffed. I told them I was switching to Verizon and nobody even cared to ask why. I do not recommend switching to Sprint and I will never switch to Sprint again.
